Approval-Driven Production Process
Every project follows a structured, approval-based path. While plush toys are our core business, the same governance applies to mascot costumes and merchandise, with product-specific adaptations.
Step 1
Scope & briefing
- Plush: goal, audience, quantity, character and available brand assets
- Mascot: usage (events), ergonomics, ventilation, visibility
- Merchandise: product type (keychains, puzzles, textiles), volumes, packaging
This phase defines scope, volumes and constraints before any development begins.
Step 2
Design & development
- Plush: sketch & prototype, or direct development of existing characters
- Mascot costume: 3D design and fit development (theme-park quality)
- Merchandise: design translated into defined product formats
Design is translated into production-ready specifications, not visual concepts.
Step 3
Feedback & approval
- Design and prototype refined until all details are validated
- Approval confirms the binding production reference; changes impact timing, cost and compliance
Step 4
Production & compliance
- Plush toys: controlled production with integrated CE/EN 71 testing
- Mascot costumes: dedicated production using flame-retardant materials and ergonomic finishing
- Merchandise: timelines defined by product type and approval
Step 5
Logistics & EU delivery
- Full supply chain management, including EU customs clearance and documentation
- Transport mode aligned with approved timelines and scope
- EU delivery coordinated to approved specifications and planning
- Optional warehousing and distribution from Belgium
